RETURN & ALTERATION/RECTIFICATION POLICY

You accept that these terms of return and alteration/rectification is restricted to direct sale by us to you and these terms of return and alteration/rectification are not applicable in case of sale by any third party and the invoice will be thereby governed by the terms of such sale. We might accept returns for account credit only. For this purpose, we should receive the product within 2 days from the delivery date. Items should be returned to the company by you in an unworn, unused and undamaged condition. Goods will only be accepted if they are returned in the original packing after proper checking and verification. We do not offer refund on any good sold unless the problem is critical and can’t be resolved. In case we are unable to refund you the money, the amount paid by you can be utilized whenever you shop with us next time. All the conditions applicable on return of goods shall also apply on alteration/rectification of goods. To return/alteration/rectification a product, you can mail or call us. Our office remains open 10 am-6 PM from Monday to Saturday. If you are not satisfied with the product for any genuine reason, you have the option to get it altered/rectifiedthe product or get a refund under our sole discretion as mentioned above.

Our terms and conditions regarding returns and alteration/rectification are as follows:

Items should be returned unused with all the tags as delivered. Returns that are soiled or damaged might not be accepted and might be sent back to the customer. Please inform our Delivery Assistant in case any of our garments or other customized productdelivered without tags, improper fitting, damage, wear & tear or in case of any other genuine dispute* on real –time basis for alteration/rectification. Once you are completely satisfied and give your acknowledgement, our company won’t be liable for any type of refund, rectification and alteration.
When provided, any designer packaging and belts like tags, authenticity cardsshould be included when you return.
All the shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wearing and please come back to our delivery assistant on real time basisin case of any genuine dispute. Once the shoe is sold, alteration will not be possible. However, you will get replacement only in shoe products in case of any genuine dispute.
In case of any dispute in our jewellery products and bags, call our customer care executive for any kind of assistance.
Goods are considered defective if you receive them damaged. Items damaged due to regular depreciation are not considered defective. If you want us to alter/rectify a defective item then inform our delivery assistant on real-time basis as mentioned above. We strive hard to display as precisely as possible the colours of our products that you view on our site. Nonetheless, as computer monitors vary, we can’t assure that the display of your monitor regarding any colour will be accurate.
All customized orders are non-returnable. However in case of any genuine dispute, you have to inform our delivery assistant on real-time basis for any kind of alteration/rectification. (please refer to clause no 1)
All early delivery orders will be considered customized and will be considered on special case basis as per the availability of the products.
In case of any genuine alteration/rectification or return, the shipping charges will be borne by the company.
Once a customer asks us for alteration/rectification, he/she can’t ask for refund.
An order with more than five products will be considered bulk order. Rectification/Alteration will only be possible under genuine dispute* and under real time basis intimation to delivery assistant
*All Genuine disputes are subject to proper checking and verification.

Cancellation

We will be unable to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed. Store credits will be offered against the cancellation of an order.
